A story in New Jersey has all the hallmarks of Tesla software parking the car on train tracks.

The near-tragic incident happened on New Brunswick Avenue. Police said that because of the driver’s impaired condition, “he was unable to follow instructions to exit the vehicle.” […] It is unclear what was wrong with the driver and how the car became stuck on the tracks.
Fortunately police intervened and removed the person inside, despite an “impaired” state, preventing yet another Tesla driverless algorithm death. Investigators should focus on how Tesla already has been repeatedly cited for failing unsafe on and around train tracks.
Notably, despite a long delay before the train arrived, police were unable to get in and simply drive this Tesla off the tracks let alone command its driverless to fail safely instead. The latest AI sat ignorantly in the danger zone with red light flashing all around it and was destroyed by a high-speed train, meaning yet another critical infrastructure disaster with Tesla.
