French regulators have stated the obvious in declaring that Tesla violates multiple laws, including the usual one:

…deceptive marketing practices regarding the fully autonomous driving capability of Tesla vehicles

The fines are a measly $50K/day if Tesla takes more than four months to correct the violations.
