CBS News says a Tesla slammed into the back of a law enforcement vehicle.

Illinois state trooper injured in overnight crash on I-88
State police said the trooper was inside their squad car when they were hit by a suspected drunk driver inside a Tesla early Sunday morning.

This has all the hallmarks of a driverless crash.
