The Tesla apparently drove straight into the passenger side of the other car at high speed, with enough force to kill the driver.

When the driver attempted to make a left turn onto Blue Heron Boulevard, his vehicle was struck by a Tesla Model 3 driven by a 26-year-old Haines City man who was traveling north on U.S. 27, according to reports. The Davenport man died at the scene of the crash.
