This has become a familiar pattern. A Tesla in a left turn cuts off a motorcycle rider and kills them.

Initial reports indicate the Tesla driver was headed east on Chef Menteur Highway and was attempting to make a left turn onto Dodt Avenue when the dirt bike driver, who was heading west on Chef Menteur, collided with the Tesla.

Update: Tesla operator has been arrested.
