Montana police report a self-described Nazi who violently assaulted a man for having Jewish symbolism, claims he’s not racist or anti-Semitic.

According to court documents, while en route to the Detention Center, Cain voluntarily disclosed to the officer that he does associate with the ideas and beliefs of the Nazi party. He clarified he is a member of the “4th Reich.” Cain stated he is not racist and claimed he did not take issue with Doe being Jewish. […] Cain has a prior felony conviction for Criminal Endangerment, which was amended down from Attempted Deliberate Homicide.
