Police are investigating.

According to a preliminary investigation, a 26-year-old woman was driving a Tesla when, for unknown reasons, the car left the road and drove onto the grassy median. There, a 24-year-old, who had been completing a contracted trash pick-up detail, was run over.

The man was flown to the trauma center. The extent of his injuries is currently unknown.
