Police are investigating.

It appeared that the white sedan, which sustained major front-end damage, entered the parking structure from Ortega Street and did not slow down, slamming into a wall.

“Santa Barbara Police officers responded and immediately began lifesaving medical care for the occupants,” Lt. Ryan Dejohn said. “Within minutes, Santa Barbara Fire Department personnel and paramedics arrived and continued emergency medical treatment.”
