Note the Tesla brake lights aren’t on until after the collision, suggesting another design safety failure.
“… suggesting another design safety failure.” Is that Tesla blind? The car has cameras all over it, the scooter clearly is in front of the car, the car doesn’t stop despite slow speed, the driver dismisses the scooter rider after severe impact and drives off.
